About The Position

The licensed Registered Nurse (RN) plans & provides professional nursing services & standards of practice in accordance with level of experience & education, state board of nursing & established policies & procedures. The RN integrates the art, science, leadership & knowledge of the nursing clinical practice through relationship-centered, compassionate, ethical & respectful direct / indirect healthcare services.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• Active BLS
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment appointments, schedule Workers' Compensation appointments, and follow up with injuries.
• Give vaccinations, draw blood, and read and interpret lab work.
• Perform Fit Testings, check vital signs, and perform eye checks/vision screenings.
• Triage patient phone calls and respond to inquiries with clinical expertise, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Communicate test results to patients under provider supervision, offering appropriate guidance and next steps.
• Accurately and efficiently document medical information in the electronic medical record system, maintaining compliance with documentation standards.
• Promote best practices and contribute to the practice's success in achieving quality and operational goals.
