About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. The Emergency Department has 64 beds, including Triage, acute care, super track, Trauma, CDU, and psych beds. Common patient diagnoses include Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, Myocardial Infarction, Cardiac Arrest, and Respiratory Failure. Specialty equipment includes Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department.
• Travel experience is required.
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications (must be in hand).
• Active NY RN license and all relevant licenses to be verified through NURSYS Report.
• Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is required.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities
