The WI Float Pool is a multi-site resource team supporting Emergency Department (ED) care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high-quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings. This role offers travel-nursing-style variety without the travel, working across multiple Aurora Health facilities through day-to-day floating or 6-week site rotations. It provides a fresh, dynamic work environment with exposure to various departments and patient populations, helping to prevent routine fatigue and keep work exciting. It also offers career-building experience by demonstrating adaptability, competence, and the ability to manage diverse clinical situations. The position is full-time, 0.9 FTE, with a night shift schedule (1900-0730, 12-hour shifts). Support sites include Zone 1: Bay Area, Bay Care, Fond du lac, Manitowoc, Oshkosh, Sheboygan. The pay range is $38.20 - $57.30.
