About The Position
Coordinate total nursing care for patients using Emergency Nursing standards and the nursing process; participate in patient and family teaching; provide leadership working cooperatively with other health care providers.
Requirements
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Must have current ACLS and PALS certification or obtain within six months of assignment in ED
- Current State Nursing License in Pennsylvania
Nice To Haves
- Six months previous Med-Surg or ED experience recommended
- CEN, BTLS, TNCC are recommended but not required
