Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients across the continuum of care
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Coordinate and supervise patient care activities
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience
