About The Position
A wonderful healthcare facility located near Mauston, Wisconsin, seeks a Registered Nurse to join their Emergency Department team. This is a Part-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire opportunity with varied shifts. The role requires weekend and holiday rotations and offers a robust and generous benefits package.
Requirements
- Must have a Wisconsin or Compact RN License
- Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Certifications
- Must have previous nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and mental status
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals in the facility to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care
- Facilitating patient admissions and discharges, ensuring all protocols are followed, and necessary arrangements are made
- Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records, including but not limited to: assessments, interventions, medications administered, and patient outcomes
