About The Position
The SouthPark Emergency Department is a Magnet-designated facility and a 16-bed, free-standing emergency department located in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, North Carolina. It provides comprehensive 24/7 emergency services and is affiliated with the CMC Level I Trauma Center, ensuring access to advanced trauma and specialty care. The department utilizes a team-based approach to patient care, consistently achieving high patient satisfaction and team engagement scores. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- At least 6 months of RN experience (not for new graduates).
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of Critical Care experience preferred.

- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills.
