IL Registered Nurse - Emergency Department
About The Position
The Emergency Department RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care during night shift in a rural ED. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a team-first mindset to respond to a wide variety of patient needs. Not all-night shift roles are the same—and not all teams feel like home. If you’re looking for a place where your voice is heard, your team has your back, and leadership is right there beside you, this is it. Day to day, you would be responsible for providing care to patients. Our nursing staff demonstrates their knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment. Services provided by the RN include; supervising care delivered, coordinating plans of care, and providing education for patients/families.
