About The Position
We are recruiting experienced, compassionate, and adaptable Registered Nurses across multiple specialties including Emergency Unit trained nurses to join a respected health system in Alaska, on a three-year contract. As an RN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- NCLEX-RN passed (or actively preparing)
- English language proficiency
- Minimum of 12 months recent acute care experience
- Willingness to relocate to Alaska for at least three years
Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity, hands-on patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment
- Administer medications, manage IV therapies, monitor vital signs, and deliver urgent interventions
- Work closely with emergency physicians and multidisciplinary teams to assess, prioritise, and implement care plans
- Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and promptly
- Respond to critical situations with life-saving interventions such as CPR, defibrillation, airway management, and trauma stabilisation
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain strict safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
