Requirements

  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care by aligning your practice with our high standards of excellence to ensure every patient receives safe and effective treatment.
  • Drive the execution of personalized care plans by continuously monitoring progress and adapting interventions to meet the evolving clinical needs of your patients.
  • Coordinate the multidisciplinary care team as the primary advocate for the patient, ensuring seamless communication across specialties for a unified approach to healing.
  • Orchestrate the transition of care by proactively managing discharge planning and family education to ensure patients are set up for success and recovery long after they leave our facility.
  • Maintain the integrity of the patient story through precise clinical documentation, ensuring that every record reflects a high-quality journey and supports informed medical decision-making.
