Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Ability to work part-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage a variety of emergency patient conditions
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) documentation

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, triage, and treatment
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Support patient flow and emergency department operations
- Maintain a high level of patient experience and communication
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and infection control standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team training
- Support and guide CNAs and team members as needed
- Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking and clinical judgment
