Sheridan Community Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in an Emergency Department setting
  • Ability to work part-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a variety of emergency patient conditions
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) documentation

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care including assessment, triage, and treatment
  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced environment
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Support patient flow and emergency department operations

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team training
  • Support and guide CNAs and team members as needed
