About The Position

Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, delivering safe, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical protocols and patient-centered care standards. Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, ensuring accurate clinical documentation and timely updates within Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) systems. Assess patient conditions and communicate changes effectively with the interdisciplinary team to support timely interventions and improved patient outcomes. Coordinate care and support discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring safe transitions, effective care coordination, and continuity of patient care.

Requirements

Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

2 year previous emergency department experience preferred.
