Registered Nurse - Critical Care
About The Position
Hauenstein 2 is a multi-specialty critical care unit dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This fast-paced environment provides RNs with the opportunity to care for a diverse and complex patient population while working alongside a highly skilled, collaborative interdisciplinary team. RNs on Hauenstein 2 develop advanced critical care expertise across multiple specialties, strengthening clinical judgment and technical skills in a supportive and team-oriented setting. The unit fosters a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for specialty certification and ongoing development.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program
- Associate's degree in nursing required
- Licensed in the State of Michigan
- BLS, ACLS (ACLS at time of hire or w/in 6 months)
- Experience as an RN required
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire
