About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Critical Care Float Pool PRN Program. This role offers two shift options with competitive hourly rates. As an RN in this program, you will provide care in critical care settings and must be able to adapt to various patient needs and team dynamics.
Requirements
- Current RN License
- ACLS certification
- Minimum of two recent years of critical care experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components required.
- Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Benefits
- Tier 1: $47.20/hour - 1 shift per week or 4 shifts per month.
- Tier 2: $50.00/hour - 2 shifts per week or 8 shifts per month.
