About The Position

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an experienced and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool Critical Care Weekender Program on the Night Shift. This unique opportunity is ideal for skilled Critical Care nurses who thrive in dynamic clinical environments and enjoy the variety of working across multiple care settings. As a Weekender RN, you'll play a vital role in providing consistent weekend coverage while benefiting from premium compensation and a predictable schedule. Requirements

  • A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
  • Current New York State Registered Nurse License.
  • CPR within 3 months of hire
  • ACLS within one year of hire
  • Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting
  • Strong Critical Care experience
  • Sound clinical judgment
  • Flexibility
  • Collaborative team player
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing
  • Professional certification in a related nursing specialty
