About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide healthcare services within a correctional facility. The RN will deliver direct patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and contribute to the overall health and well-being of the patient population in a secure environment.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Current registration as a professional nurse
- Strong clinical and patient care skills

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a correctional setting
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and evaluate responses to care
- Provide health education and counseling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Supervise and support LPNs, graduate nurses, and other staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards
