About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide quality healthcare services within a correctional facility. The RN will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting overall inmate health through clinical expertise and collaboration.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Current registration as a professional nurse
- Strong clinical and assessment skills

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in a correctional setting
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Deliver health education and counseling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Supervise and guide LPNs, graduate nurses, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
