About The Position

CorrectHealth currently has an exciting full-time opportunity to join our growing team as a RN Clinical Support in the Ascension Parish area! Travel throughout Louisiana required. CorrectHealth is a multi-disciplinary medical organization that provides high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive healthcare inside the walls of correctional facilities. Currently, CorrectHealth provides high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive healthcare services inside the walls of more than 40 correctional facilities throughout Georgia and Louisiana.

Requirements

• Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a RN in the state of employment.
• 3-5 years RN experience required.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• Must possess knowledge required to develop and implement continuous quality improvement programs and provide leadership and direction for accreditation purposes.
• Strong communication, training, and leadership skills required.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• 3-5 years of management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the NCCHC, ACA, and state standards of health care in the correctional environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing programs related to education, site accreditation, CQI, site transition, and other areas within the Clinical Services Department.
• Provides staffing coverage as needed.
