As the Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will provide operational leadership for our nursing department while maintaining a "hands-on" approach as a Registered Nurse. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and team development.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience (behavioral health or residential treatment experience is a plus).
  • Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and HIPAA documentation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary resource for nursing staff, providing coaching, guidance, and real-time support.
  • Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
  • Lead chart audits, medication management, and ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Spearhead onboarding and training, identifying skill gaps to help your team grow and succeed.
  • When necessary, perform duties as a Licensed Floor Nurse to ensure continuity of care.
