About The Position

Bosley, a leading hair restoration expert with nearly 5 decades of experience and 70 offices nationwide, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for its Philadelphia, PA office. This role involves collaborating with the Office Manager to oversee daily operations, plan, assign, coordinate, and control nurse care and services for patients. The Clinical Supervisor will also act as a mentor and leader, providing support, guidance, and training to staff. Requirements

3+ years of nursing experience in a fast-paced environment.
Administer and control a secure medication control system.
Review and maintain patient and prescription records.
Requires a highly motivated individual with strong leadership and supervisory experience in a thriving clinic with high patient volume.
Must have current RN license.

Nice To Haves

Experience in plastic surgery or a similar specialty is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office in collaboration with the Office Manager.
Plan, assign, coordinate, and control nurse care and services for patients.
Serve as a mentor and leader by providing support, guidance, and training as needed.
Administer and control a secure medication control system.
Review and maintain patient and prescription records.
Assign duties and coordinate clinical services to support excellence in overall care.
Orient and mentor new staff members.
Evaluate nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
Address any issues that affect the desired patient outcomes.
Act as leadership, resource, and support for clinical staff and facilitate collaborative teamwork.
