CCP specializes in providing comprehensive Cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia area. We are currently hiring for a full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Research Coordinator to work at our Paoli, PA office.

Requirements

  • 1 Year recent clinical experience in Adult Cardiology (ex. Clinical Research, Cardiology Practice, Cath Lab, EP Lab, Telemetry Floor; Intensive Care Unit; Cardiac Care Unit; Emergency Room, etc.)
  • 2 Years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Bachelor of Science, required
  • Excellent computer and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required, Access Database preferred
  • Knowledge of basic research design required; use of statistics to interpret results preferred
  • Must have the ability to travel throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties between CCP’s 30 office locations

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year Clinical Research experience preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required, Access Database preferred
  • Knowledge of basic research design required; use of statistics to interpret results preferred

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage cardiovascular clinical research studies
  • Perform cardiovascular patient assessments and collect data for research studies that involve new cardiac devices and drugs in office and hospital settings
  • Screen practice database and follow up on physician-patient referrals of qualified patients that can be enrolled in studies
  • Follow patients, perform clinical assessments and collect data for the duration of the study (ex. vitals, phlebotomy, EKG's) and document medical changes within Regulatory Guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
