Registered Nurse Clinical Programs Coordinator
About The Position
This role serves as a subject matter expert for the nursing team, setting high standards for patient care and providing guidance on clinical policies and procedures. The coordinator will develop and document personalized care plans and therapy programs, ensuring each patient’s path to recovery is thoughtfully tailored to their needs. They will oversee the successful execution of therapy programs, ensuring every detail of the care plan is met with precision and quality. The role also involves proactively managing patient needs by ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are secured and ready for use, and leading and mentoring nursing staff while maintaining accurate, organized documentation.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
