About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Practice in Shawnee KS. If you're looking for a Part Time role where you can help ensure high level Patient Care this is for you!
Requirements
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of previous clinic setting experience preferred; other areas of experience will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Experience working with an electronic medical records system, preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and provide expert management of Patient Care for optimum outcomes
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff to develop and coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Track patient progress through detailed documentation, data analysis, and reporting to support patient outcomes and care quality
- Lead organization efforts to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, infection control standards, and best practices
- Collaborate on Performance Improvement Projects within the department
- Work with providers on plans of care for patients
