About The Position

The Registered RN is a professional caregiver and member of a multidisciplinary health care team. The nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during a designated time frame and supervises and provides care using the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self. The role follows established policies and procedures, communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors, provides excellent customer service when interfacing with staff, management, and physicians, and applies Cooper core values. Other duties may be required.

Requirements

• Three years of acute care RN experience.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (NJ-RN) license.
• Current New Jersey Basic Life Support (NJ-BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Oncology experience is preferred.
• Certain specialties may require advanced certification, such as ACLS, NALS, or PALS.
