Registered Nurse Clinical Manager

Granite County Medical CenterPhilipsburg, MT
Onsite

About The Position

Granite County Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Director to support nursing care across our critical access hospital and clinic. This is an onsite role for a strong clinician who is ready to grow as a people manager while remaining hands-on patient care when needed. This position is responsible for supporting daily nursing operations, staff scheduling, staff development, onboarding, and oversight of clinical practice. The Registered Nurse Clinical Director helps ensure nursing staff follow policies, procedures, scope of practice, and required certification standards while promoting safe, consistent, high-quality care across all departments and acuity from long term care to Emergency Department. We are looking for a registered nurse who brings strong clinical judgment, solid people skills, and a genuine passion for rural healthcare and community service. This role requires the ability to support and coach staff, help address day-to-day operational issues, reinforce accountability, and step in clinically when needed. The ideal candidate is a team player who leads by example, communicates well, and wants to continue growing as a leader. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who wants meaningful leadership responsibility without stepping away from clinical practice. We are looking for someone with heart, accountability, and a strong commitment to patients, coworkers, and community.
