About The Position

Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead our Richmond, Virginia clinical team. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position for an RN who is passionate about developing clinicians, driving quality outcomes, and building a culture of excellence. Requirements

  • Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
  • Strong Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Regulations, and Conditions of Participation
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Passion for Coaching, Developing, and Supporting Clinical Teams

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Home Health Clinical Management or Supervisory Experience Strongly Preferred
  • Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Home Health EMR Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily clinical operations of the Richmond office
  • Supervise, mentor, and support nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides
  • Review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Conditions of Participation, and accreditation standards
  • Monitor quality metrics and lead performance improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Conduct case conferences, clinical audits, and staff coaching
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development
