About The Position
As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- IL License
- Bachelor's Degree
- CPI
- BLS
- ACLS
- Must submit an EKG test passed with an 80% or higher.
