About The Position

This position is Full-Time Monday- Friday, some weekend coverage required. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. The RN in this role will serve as a lead coordinator for patients with complex infusion needs, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless, high-quality care across multiple specialty areas. This position requires strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and providers across various disease-specific divisions to coordinate and manage complex infusion therapies. This role includes some weekend coverage, no holiday requirements, and offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in the coordination and delivery of complex infusion services. Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Associate of Nursing (ASN).
• Current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (or >2 years acute care experience with CNO approval).
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Chemotherapy certifications.
• Coordinator experience.
• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead coordinator for patients with complex infusion needs.
• Ensure seamless, high-quality care across multiple specialty areas.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and providers across various disease-specific divisions to coordinate and manage complex infusion therapies.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Work directly with oncology trained pharmacists on site infusion area.
• Encourage nurse led governance councils.
• Provide training and support through multiple coaches.
• Potential to move into a leadership position.
