About The Position

The Clinical Care Coordinator III demonstrates the competency to provide patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assist in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. This position is located at SMH Venice Hospital campus and works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support/CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire/transfer date).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical practice experience in a medical/physician office setting.
• FL Registered Nurse License.
• Associate of Science degree.
• Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

• Electronic Health Records experience.
• Demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining proficiency and efficiency.
