About The Position
This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Plastics and Hand Surgery department at the Health Transformation Bldg and Far West Clinic in Austin, TX. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and requires travel.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

- 3-5 years of active RN experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical excellence by acting as the primary resource for nursing standards and evidence-based patient care.
- Create individualized care plans that provide a clear, actionable road-map for patient recovery and therapy.
- Oversee the delivery of therapy programs, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available for the patient.
- Support and mentor the nursing team through active supervision to foster a high-standard clinical environment.
- Ensure the integrity of patient care journeys by maintaining accurate documentation for safety and quality.
