How you’ll make an impact in this role You will provide personalized outpatient wound care, including advanced treatments like Cellulitis and Compression therapy, oxygen therapy, infection management, and casting. Manages clinical and cross-functional teams to guarantee high-quality care and evaluate patient needs daily. You will assist staff performance by way of delegation, input gathering, evaluation with immediate feedback, coaching, performance reporting, corrective action, and hiring assistance.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Wound Care experience and the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
  • Experience in leadership (charge or preceptor or supervisory)
