Registered Nurse Clinic (RN) - Pediatric
About The Position
This part-time position, eligible for benefits, involves 28 hours per week and supports both the Oshkosh Pediatric and UW Health Pediatrics (specialty) departments. The role offers a schedule with no nights, weekends, or major holidays. The pay range is $35.50 - $53.25. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills.
- Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
