About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in Pediatric Pulmonology at Dell Children's Far West Clinic in Austin, TX. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:45 am - 4:45 pm, with travel required. The nurse will coordinate multidisciplinary care, implement and adapt personalized care plans, execute clinical orders with precision, and document patient journeys with accuracy.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
An RN license with a minimum of 2 years in a hospital setting.
Specialized experience in PICU, pediatric med/surg, or adult pulmonary care.
A strong background in high-acuity environments, with the proven versatility to manage varied patient care settings (like Med/Surg) and seamlessly collaborate across multidisciplinary care teams.

Nice To Haves

4+ years of experience in a hospital setting.
BSN preferred.
