Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

Nice To Haves

• 2-5 Years of RN Experienced Preferred
• Pediatric experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate holistic patient care by acting as the primary link between all clinical disciplines, ensuring every specialist is aligned for a seamless recovery journey.
• Execute and adapt personalized patient care plans, pro-actively monitoring clinical status to ensure treatments are both safe and effective.
• Advocate for patient safety by meticulously carrying out physician orders and communicating real-time condition changes to the broader care team.
• Empower patients and families through thoughtful discharge planning, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and confident transition back home.
