Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with active BLS and ACLS certifications.
Requires prior experience in ICU or ER settings, with surgical experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cohesive, patient-centered care as the primary clinical coordinator, seamlessly uniting multidisciplinary teams to ensure no detail in a patient's journey is missed.
Be the voice of your patients by accurately monitoring, documenting, and communicating clinical shifts, driving the swift and precise execution of physician and nursing orders.
Empower patients for the road ahead by proactively designing and coordinating comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and confident transition from hospital to home.
