About The Position

This role involves coordinating holistic patient care by leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure every stage of the treatment journey is seamless and patient-centered. The nurse will implement and adapt personalized care plans, actively monitoring patient progress to ensure clinical interventions are both timely and effective. Additionally, the role requires advocating for patient safety by executing physician orders with precision and maintaining high-fidelity documentation of the patient’s healing process. The nurse will also drive successful transitions of care by assessing and managing discharge needs, ensuring patients and their families are empowered for life after they are discharged.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Minimum of 2–3+ years of RN experience.
