About The Position
UF Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for Circulator roles within the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). This is a full-time, day shift position. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, including making assessments, formulating diagnoses, developing care plans, and implementing and evaluating those plans. The position requires on-call availability for after-hours and weekend cases. Opportunities are available in Leesburg, Jacksonville, and St. Johns.
Requirements
- Florida Registered Nurse License
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Must live within on-call radius
- Willing to do on-call
Nice To Haves
- Med/Surg or critical care experience of 1 year
- Circulating and CVOR RN experience
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to facilitate patient care.
- Make nursing assessments and diagnoses.
- Formulate care plans based on diagnosis.
- Implement and evaluate the plan of care.
- Be available for on-call duties for after-hour and weekend cases.
