About The Position

Coordinate unit staffing, assign and direct nursing and support staff, and manage daily patient care assignments tailored to specific population needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of OR patient care, monitor clinical outcomes, and resolve care complaints through established channels to maintain high standards of quality. Contribute to hiring, training, and performance evaluations while educating and monitoring team members during assigned shifts. Provide daily shift leadership to ensure unit clinical objectives are met and a high standard of patient care is delivered consistently.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
RN with OR and leadership, preferably charge experience
