Requirements

Registered Nurse license
Charge Nurse experience
Experience in an outpatient surgical facility
Familiarity with ophthalmic surgical procedures
Knowledge of patient safety, comfort, and outcomes
Ability to work with state-of-the-art technology
Skilled in developing personalized treatment plans
Commitment to serving the community with excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced ASC environment
Commitment to producing high-quality work and patient experience

Responsibilities

Manages nursing operations according to policies, protocols, and regulations.
Uses data for continuous quality improvement and coordinates with Quality Management Committee.
Ensures clinical care meets standards, collaborating with Center Manager and physicians.
Handles clinical relations, including recruitment, training, and associate engagement.
Serves as the nursing support for the center Administrator, acting as the main point of contact for RNs regarding patient care, scheduling, and other day-to-day responsibilities.
Performs the duties of a Registered Nurse daily.
Provides supervision and guidance to the nursing staff.
Steps in as a staff nurse when necessary due to staffing needs.
