Registered Nurse, (RN) - CCU
About The Position
Provides direct patient care in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Patient populations served include Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, and Older Adult. Employees may have occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. The role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements. There is regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.
Requirements
- Current RN license in state of practice
- BCLS required
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
