About The Position

Drive specialized, high-acuity patient care by assessing, preparing, and positioning patients for complex diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring their physical and emotional readiness. Manage patient stability and sedation by administering conscious sedation and closely evaluating real-time hemodynamic monitoring to safely guide patients through high-stakes interventions. Lead real-time clinical communication by serving as the vital link between the patient and the physician, providing critical updates on the patient’s condition before, during, and after the procedure. Orchestrate the procedural environment by preparing specialized equipment, managing sterile fields, and executing individualized care plans to ensure seamless, efficient, and successful clinical outcomes.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

Prior ICU or procedural experience preferred.
