Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program
- Current, active registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing. Must be able to submit a letter of good standing
- Flexible schedule: must be available for 7 am start, and available on weekends
- Strong communication, patience, empathy, and the ability to work in a team.
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license
- Criminal Record Check: Completed by us prior to hire
Responsibilities
- Delivery of medication: Taking daily medication to the homes of our patients
- Clinical Support: Prompt and observe of insulin dosing
- Medication Assistance: Assisting with self-administered medication or providing reminders.
- Environmental Maintenance: Maintaining clean, safe, and tidy patient rooms.
- Reporting: Reporting changes in patient condition, and behavior
- Documentation: Documenting visit details using apps on the company phone
