About The Position
Ascension at Home, Together with Compassus, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery and their ability to stay at home. This role empowers patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management and provides case management and clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse
- Home health experience preferred
- Current driver’s license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
