Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager, Hospice
About The Position
As a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) at Beaumont Hospice, you will help patients and their families navigate the intimate and difficult end-of-life period. You will use hospice best-practice care delivery approaches and work as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide a unique experience for each patient. The organization says it provides the tools and resources needed to support excellent end-of-life care, along with coaching and staff development to support employees’ personal and professional growth. Duties and responsibilities may change, and additional activities may be assigned.
