About The Position

Dove Healthcare- Superior is seeking a new nurse case manager to add to our team! If you are a nurse who is looking to take the next step in your career journey and use your experience to mentor, train and educate a team of caregivers while coordinating and overseeing the care of your patients, the role of nurse case manager could be your next calling! As a nurse case manager, you will: supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
• degree from an accredited school of nursing

Nice To Haves

• wound care certification is preferred

Responsibilities
