About The Position
As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will provide direct care to patients in their homes or care facilities. Requirements
- Six (6) months minimum prior skilled nursing experience.
- An active, unencunbered state Registered Nurse license.
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
- Interest and ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities.
