About The Position

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse - Case Manager working at Joint Base Andrews in Washington, D.C. This role involves providing case management services within a military health system environment. The position requires a highly organized and self-directed individual capable of working efficiently in a high-volume setting. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.

Requirements

• Associates Degree of Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (Any State).
• Minimum of 3 years full-time experience in nursing and care coordination for ADN holders.
• Minimum of 2 years full-time experience in nursing and care coordination for BSN holders.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) by Commission for Case Management or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
• OR certification eligible with 3 years of experience for ADN or 2 years’ experience for BSN in full time clinical case management with children, families, seniors, or groups.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in a high-volume environment without distractions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude.
