About The Position

The Case Management RN will be responsible for providing case management services. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience, with a strong preference for candidates with diverse Case Management experience in areas such as Med Surg, LLOS, and ED. The position is for a 13-week contract with a start date of ASAP. The nurse will work 5x8 Day shifts and will be required to work every other weekend. This role involves working in all areas of the hospital, including both the Colby and Pacific Campuses, which are less than 2 miles apart. Locals are not accepted, and a Washington license is required; pending licenses are not accepted. All RTO must be included at the time of submittal. Guaranteed hours are 72 per 2-week period.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required.
• Acute Care Experience.
• Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience.
• BLS certification.
• WA License required.
• Must have Acute Care Experience.
• Must have Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience.

Nice To Haves

• Diverse CM experience - Med Surg, LLOS, ED.

Responsibilities
