About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of general nursing experience.
- BLS certification.
- South Dakota or compact RN License.
- Previous discharge planning experience.
- Previous Acute Care Case Management experience.
- Experience with progression of care.
- Experience meeting with families and discussing plans of care.
