About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse working as a Case Manager in an Acute Care Facility. The position requires a CA state license and at least 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience, specifically in performing Care Coordination. Travel experience is also required, and first-time travelers will not be accepted. The nurse will be expected to float to the Laguna Facility and participate in a weekend rotation. There is a ratio of 1:25. The start date is ASAP, and there are no more than 7 days of RTO restrictions. Pending licenses are accepted as long as the candidate is licensed by the start date.
